Shipping & Returns

  ABIDESCRIPTS® T-SHIRTS + TOPS

  • Within 7 days from the date of USPS’s confirmation of delivery, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your regular priced shirt order, please contact me. (After these 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange.)

  • Exchanges must be received in original condition; clean, unwashed, and unworn. If an item is received that has been damaged, soiled, or obviously worn; no refund will be issued. (This decision will be left to the discretion of ABIDE SCRIPTS.) The buyer will be responsible for any loss in value, if the item is returned soiled, damaged, worn etc. 

  • If your item was received damaged in the mail or defective from the warehouse, please email me ASAP with a photo of the defect or damage. This will help to expedite the exchange process. DO NOT RETURN YOUR ITEM IN THE MAIL until you have contacted me first via abidescirpts@gmail.com.

  • When returning/exchanging merchandise, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs (as well as international customs costs) are non-refundable. Refunds will be made for the price of the returned items, excluding shipping fees. 

 *ALL sale items are considered final sale! 

TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

  • Please fill out a contact form or email me at abidescirpts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package in the mail, attaching a photo of the issue. I will send you step by step instructions on how to process your exchange/return.

ABIDESCRIPTS® DECALS

  • Within 7 days from the date of USPS’s confirmation of delivery, if you find that you are unsatisfied with your regular decal order, please contact me. (After these 7 days, we will unfortunately not be able to process a refund or exchange.

  • If your item was received damaged in the mail or defective from the warehouse, please email me ASAP with a photo of the defect or damage. There will be no need to send damaged decals back. If it is obviously a deflective decal we will replace it

 *ALL sale items are considered final sale!
